Matti Clements (pictured) from the AFLPA addressed responsible alcohol initiatives in the AFL. See her PowerPoint here. Shane Varcoe from Dalgarno and Deb Sorensen from Focus on the Family also helped work through issues and responses by chaplains with regards to alcohol.
New indigenous chaplain Tony Riches shared on how to care for indigenous sports people in light of their high population in elite sport.
