It’s on again! Every year Scots Church in Collins Street Melbourne run their AFL gazetted AFL Grand Final Church Service with plenty of amazing guests.
This year is no different with some fresh new faces off the bench!
Wearing the number 12 red, white and black is St Kilda Football Club Chaplain Sean Heldsinger.
Sean, a South African local hails from Johannesburg and played Rugby Union most his life is still coming to understand Aussie rules. What you can be sure of is he knows how to make a genuine difference in people’s lives!
So if you’re up for a DIFFERENT KIND OF SOMETHING this AFL Grand Final week make sure not to miss the service at 1pm on Wednesday 27 September. The service runs for 45 minutes and includes many people in sports including athletes, chaplains, a sausage sizzle, and best-in-show award for attire. Bring the kids along!
