

Please pray for Russ Harmon and the team from Life Saving Chaplaincy Australia (a division of SCA) as they spend the coming days with the family and friends of Dean Mercer who suddenly passed away this week.
The two-time national ironman champion suffered a heart attack while driving on the Gold Coast on Monday morning. Dean was 47.
A statement provided on behalf of Mercer’s family confirmed he died from cardiac arrest.
“It is with great sadness and grief that we advise that our beloved Dean — loving husband of Reen and devoted father to their four boys Brayden, 13, Rory, 11, Lachlan, 9, and Joshua, 6, passed away earlier today,”
“Our hearts go out to Reen and the Mercer family.” said SCA National Director Cam Butler, “Please keep Russ, Jaye and Noel in your prayers as they comfort those hurting at this crucial time.”
