Rev Alison Gilchrist reports from Perth that the recent Celebration of Sport church service at St Mary’s with former Aussie test opener Justin Langer and basketball champ Shawn Redhage modelled great teamwork by all involved.
Gilchrist writes, “The Churches Together in Sport Team’s intention is to make an approach to hold it again next year at Mount Pleasant Baptist Church. Building on the unity among churches we had envisaged and prayed about.”
